We accept order return for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order.
Full refund will be made to the customer by GERALD SHOES upon receipt of the return, however for orders with custom parts (eg Custom Print), the refund is only up to 50% of the purchase value.
All returned merchandise must be new / original and resalable with the original packaging attached.
Return shipping costs and packages are the responsibility of the customer, GERALD SHOES will not provide return labels or refund shipping costs. It is advisable to take the necessary precautions using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. All orders will be exchanged only once.
If the item you received is wrong, missing or defective, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and all references related to the receipt of the package.
In the event of a dispute, GERALD SHOES reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
